Primary Responsibilities:

• This role is accountable for completing assigned reports daily
• Reports assigned may include disruption analysis reports, accessibility analysis reports, provider counts, maps and other types of reports
• Should be able to adhere to Timeliness
• The Network Reporting Analyst is expected to complete GeoAccess or Disruption Analysis reports and other requests as assigned
• Is eager to take on more responsibilities and should be able to execute the adhoc tasks
• Individuals in this role should strive to grow their technical and network expertise
• Design and create ad-hoc reports and maps to meet the customer’s requirements when necessary
• Create Excel spreadsheets or other data files to summarize and/or present the requested network access information
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years in healthcare, network analysis environment or similar business analyst experience
• Willing to work in Night shifts and from Office only for 6 Months
• Attention to detail – should be quality focused
• Good Team player and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Professional verbal and communication skills
• High aptitude for grasping new system tools and effectively applying in reporting and analysis
• Proven excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness and ability to comply with established process and procedures
• Proficient computer skills.  Knowledge of the Microsoft Office family of products, proficiency on Access, Excel, PowerPoint. (Access/Excel 50% of time)
• Knowledge of the GeoAccess GeoNetworks Ingenix products desired.  GeoNetworks, DisruptionAnalysis, GeoCoder, DataCleaner, Network 360
• Customer orientation.  Willingness to go above and beyond when required
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes while maintaining a positive attitude
• This position requires a significant level of reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
