This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6am – 6pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote team and department objectives and KPIs to meet and/or exceed MBOs
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables: perform and audit agent call listening sessions, present call calibrations for Quality Assurance
- Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making; provide explanations and information to Operations
- Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex technical projects
- Handle inbound calls to support Service Levels and Operational Performance; assist with inbound calls queues due to increased call volume
- Execute outreach campaigns to improve customer satisfaction
- Create reports and present team results by using AI and analytical tools; NPS and Customer Experience focused
- Coach Tier 1 agents on Performance Metrics; manage KPI performance

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift during the hours of 6:00am – 6:00pm MST. Mandatory overtime is required during peak season (first few weeks of January) and based on business need and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 2+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- 9+ months of call center experience
- First Call Resolution experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

The hourly range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 per annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
