Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and implement workforce plans together with the Workforce Senior Manager that align with organizational goals
- End to end business delivery, develop and implement contingency planning, leading to coordination with all stakeholders to identify opportunity areas for service improvement and cost efficiency results
- Drive Business benefits through self-initiated projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Scheduling and Real-time management team
- Providing thoughts and direction to leadership with abilities to work hands-on, analysis projects
- Provide guidance and support to both real-time and scheduling team
- Review established performance objectives and maintained discipline within the team
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance
- Develop and manage partnerships, and oversee relationships with external stakeholders, including operations, vendors, and business partners
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management
- 5+ years of experience in leading an international team from (PH/US/IND) and implementing workforce strategies
- 4+ years of experience with workforce management tools and principles
- Solid leadership and time management skills
- Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet deadlines
- Business acumen and understanding of industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and WFM Tools (IEX, Intradiem)
