Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans that align with business goals
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle
• Maintain and enhance performance testing tools like Jmeter/Loadrunner etc and frameworks, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and implement best practices
• Communicate performance testing results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with a focus on JMeter. Any AI/ML based solutioning is additive advantage
• Hands on experience on Design, implement, and oversee performance tests using JMeter to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Proficiency in JMeter/Splunk/Git/ and other performance testing tools
• Proven solid leadership and team management skills
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
