Primary Responsibilities:

  • Locate & recover assets that have aged in various Trac-IT statuses
  • Team locates & recovers assets or identifies & corrects errors in hardware lifecycle status
  • Business Metric-ART Analyst is expected to recover 450 to 550 devices/ticket monthly to meet target recovery goal & address the backlog & incoming volume
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in IT and End user technology
  • Experience / working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in asset recovery, collections, risk management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with asset tracking and recovery software/tools
  • Proven ability to identify correct knowledge documents and support materials to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients, vendors, or third parties
