Primary Responsibilities:

• FlexeraOne Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure FlexeraOne solutions for software asset management, including inventory management, license reconciliation, and compliance management
• Software Asset Management: Manage software assets, including tracking, reporting, and optimizing software usage and costs
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into software usage, costs, and compliance
• Integration and Automation: Integrate FlexeraOne with other IT systems and automate tasks using APIs and scripting languages
• Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users and stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize FlexeraOne solutions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with FlexeraOne, including implementation, configuration, and integration
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and containerization using Kubernetes
• Proven solid technical skills in FlexeraOne, including data analysis and reporting
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proven solid analytical skills and ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to integrate FlexeraOne with cloud and containerized environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in FlexeraOne, such as FlexeraOne Certified Professional
• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python
