This role is supporting our Enterprise Imaging (https://business.optum.com/en/operations-technology/enterprise-imaging.html) team within OptumInsight. As a Program Manager on our Enterprise Imaging team, you will own client relationships and experience between our internal teams and customers. You are an expert relationship builder and dynamic communicator with a successful track record of building rapport with customers. You are equally comfortable with creating and evaluating strategic plans as you are with executing the individual action items and details. The Program Manager will also quickly identify the customer’s needs and collaborate with the correct internal resources and work closely with them to ensure your customer’s needs are addressed in a complete and timely fashion.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere in the United States as you take on some tough challenges. Candidates in consideration must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, based on client need.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Services single point of contact to track cross-functional Services initiatives and facilitate closure through coordination of appropriate resources (both internal/external)
- Address client questions and escalations in a timely manner
- Track & monitor account status and identify areas of opportunity
- Provide updates, executive summaries, and guidance to the EI executive team and customer key stakeholders
- Oversee project management timelines and deliverables
- Maintain documents and roadmaps through standard program management tools
- Consolidate roadmaps, risks and the entire program portfolio to present to the client
- Act as a liaison between our internal cross-functional teams and customer teams

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of project or program management experience with 3+ of those years working in a senior level or lead role specifically within the healthcare industry
- 3+ years of experience managing various C-Suite and Senior Leadership customer relationships
- Experience collaborating with several cross-functional teams
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Smartsheet or other related project tools
- Proven ability to manage your time effectively and remain organized while having multiple competing priorities
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on client need
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certifications or actively pursuing PMP Certification
- Experience with Imaging Cloud-Based Solutions
- General knowledge in medical imaging in the radiology and/or cardiology space. This includes understanding the clinical workflows, trends, and technical solutions
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
