This position is a Digital Insights Director that is responsible for digital measurement, strategy, and analytics. This is a leadership position that contributes to Strategic Insights, VOC and Enterprise Insights, and the Digital Measurement and VOC teams. This Digital Insights Director role specially focuses on M&R and Government Programs strategic business support but is subject to change alignment at any time as determined by leadership. This position is critical in driving growth and enabling our mission to help people live healthier lives and to make the health system better for everyone.
Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for driving short- and long-term insights strategies for UnitedHealthcare’s digital properties. The Digital Insights Director will act as a key partner to senior digital leaders, ensuring expansion and activation of consumer and competitive insights. This leader is responsible for communicating insights to all levels of UnitedHealthcare leadership and bringing best-in-class digital measurement and learning capabilities to UnitedHealth Group.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead enhancement and expansion of digital insights collection capabilities and best practices
- Understand business objectives to develop and drive holistic research plans that effectively address needs of digital teams across the Enterprise
- Develop strategy and lead execution of rollout for real-time access to user feedback and analytic tools with ongoing alert functionality
- Collaborate with product managers to inform and activate digital roadmap
- Lead digital competitive intelligence capability, working with business partners to address needs and bringing new actionable timely insights
- Collaborate with digital UX, strategy, and analytics teams to develop sustainable and scalable concept testing approach
- Collaborate with digital product managers, experience and discovery practices to run strategic usability and user research projects
- Work with business partners to implement a fully automated, in-the-moment closed-loop system
- Collaborate effectively with UHC digital senior management, business leaders, analytic teams, and external research partners
- Influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across a large matrixed organization
- Lead and provide strategic guidance to the collective team, including digital VOC managers and contributors

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of consumer insights experience
- 4+ years of digital measurement and usability experience
- 2+ years of Net Promoter Score (NPS) experience
- 2+ years of Qualtrics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience blending behavioral and perceptional information in the digital space
- Proven solid management experience and leadership skills
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven solid communicator comfortable sharing insights with leaders across the organization

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
