As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading a full scrum team in the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering leads to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant solutions aligned with business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack applications using ReactJS (frontend), NodeJS (middleware), and MongoDB (database)
- Create boiler plate codes and cookie-cutter template for new development using unit test/integration test frameworks and standard coding guidelines
- Guide and mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical coaching and enforce coding standards and adoption within the team
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline deployment and testing processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Drive modernization efforts for legacy systems and contribute to cloud migration strategies (Azure preferred)
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis and remediation efforts

Required Qualifications:
- Current NodeJS/Express JS and React JS hands on experience and proficiency with MERN stack for 5+ years
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, and Azure Cloud
- Solid experience and background with .NET (backend) stack and SQL procedures
- Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS and .NET Core/C#
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiarity with unit test, integration test frameworks, and security vulnerability remediation.
- Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with GraphQL, Redux, Material UI, or Storybook
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Rally or Jira
- Knowledge of legacy .NET application enhancement and cloud-native design patterns
