Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting agile processes, data analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate with individual leaders and teams for quality assurance
• Build dashboards and visualizations, maintain metrics, and perform analysis to identify trends to support program delivery and agile transformation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Excel data management and analysis – 5+ years
• Agile practices and processes – 3+ years
• Manipulation and analysis of large data sets – 3+ years
• Data manipulation and Visualizations in Power BI – 2+ years
• Trend analysis – 2+ years
• Proven very good communication skills
