This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training from Monday – Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clinical Staff Education and Engagement
Description: Build, manage and maintain clinic staff relationship through collaboration, education, and communication
Success Criteria:
- Cultivate a cohesive team environment that fosters strong initiative and results driven outcomes
- Engage clinical staff team members with training and development on all facets of Medicare
- Collaborate with clinical leaders for inclusiveness of the Growth team members, into meetings, communications, and initiatives
Patient Education:
Description: Support patients with Medicare resources and education
Success Criteria:
- Own Medicare Basic classes through scheduling, presentations, broker alignment and partner with marketing for events
- Community Event Planning in partnership with Growth Managers
- Support Age Ins outbound call activities with responding to patient return calls
- Support clinic patients with Medicare Resources and assist in problem solving for high level patient service issues involving Medicare
Growth & Retention Planning:
Description: Partner with and support Growth Manager on annual clinic Growth plan
Success Criteria:
- Create data-driven strategies to reach yearly targets
- Regular communication on an established cadence with Growth Manager (documented, consistent, informative, and solution-oriented)
- Partner with Growth Manager on identifying strengths and opportunities for clinics and patient interactions
- Engage in data review with Growth VP on a regular cadence to share highlights and align on progress of KPI’s
Clinic Business Development:
Description: Support Medicare Education across clinic staff with training, education, and engagement
Success Criteria:
- Support the Growth Manager team on strategic initiatives
- Ensure local community support is provided to achieve performance goals
- In Person clinic visits on a monthly basis from home base clinic, once a month for Growth clinics, Community Events planned for once a quarter

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1+ years of experience with working in the health care industry
- 1+ years of experience with working with medical terminology
- Experience with EMR
- Experience with computers and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to visit clinics in an assigned territory as needed
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST from Monday – Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPIC experience
- Marketing experience
- Experience working with health care insurance
- Experience in a hospital, physician’s office OR medical clinic setting
- Experience working with Medicare and / OR Medicaid Services
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 – $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
