Primary Responsibilities:

• Run large complex proof-of-concepts leveraging on-premise & cloud technologies for the healthcare business
• Manage prioritization and technology work for building ML ,NLP & GenAI and AI based products
• Lead the full end-to-end AI product development process including data ingestion and transformation, feature engineering, analysis and modeling, model deployment, Testing, performance monitoring and documentation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in IT
• 2+ years of experience in managing one or more software development teams
• Significant experience in complex development environment or across multiple platforms
• Experience in implement React, Node.js, AI/ML Python, Java based applications
