 Position Highlights:

  • Collaborative, patient-centered multispecialty group with a strong referral network and supportive clinical team.    
  • Office offer a broad array of OBGYN services.
  • Provide comprehensive virtual care in women’s health, including preventive care, prenatal and postpartum support, contraceptive counseling, and management of common gynecologic conditions.
  • All specialties on the same EMR.
  • Clinic days are 8:30am – 5:30pm. Fully remove position.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual patient assessments through telehealth platforms, including detailed histories and symptom evaluations related to gynecologic and obstetric care.
  • Diagnose and manage common women’s health conditions, including menstrual disorders, infections, menopause-related concerns, and contraceptive needs.
  • Provide prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with supervising physicians, including routine check-ins, education, and monitoring for complications.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, adjusting treatment based on patient progress and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests, labs, or imaging as needed.
  • Offer counseling and education on reproductive health, family planning, sexual health, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with OBGYN physicians and other specialists to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the shared EMR system.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
  • Certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA or as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC and/or AANP.
  • Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New York.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years post graduate clinical experience highly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full time employment.  Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
