The Internal Sales Incentive team leads the design and executive of all UHC E&I sales incentive plans. They work closely with business leaders to align sales compensation programs to overall sales strategy.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sales incentive programs that support UnitedHealthcare and client group objectives of attracting, retaining and motivating key talent with programs that are competitive and responsive to external influences and internal objectives
- Create sales incentive designs in support of the UnitedHealthcare objectives
- Develop innovative approaches
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Management, Human Capital Partners and Compensation professionals
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
- Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
- Perform complex conceptual analyses
- Authorize deviations from standards
- Provide explanation and information to others on the most complex issues
- May lead functional or segment teams or projects
- Serve as lead contact for sales contests

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a large organization
- A healthcare or sales compensation background
- Proficient with Excel
- Proven solid analytical ability
- Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant sales incentive design experience
- Consulting experience
- SQL experience
- Human resources background

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
