The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (formerly TM1). This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, along with solid technical skills in IBM Planning Analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IBM Planning Analytics models and applications
- Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize performance of Planning Analytics applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Planning Analytics tools
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in IBM Planning Analytics
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 development
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as TurboIntegrator and MDX
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Cognos Analytics
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
