Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Quality reporting, analysis and audits
- Developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of legal and/or claims background
- Law Firm or legal/litigation background
- Claims or medical billing experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with a high-volume, task driven workload with short deadline
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite and proficiency in Excel

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
