This position is within the brand creative team and reports directly to the Associate Creative Director. The ideal candidate is a design professional who is eager to contribute creative solutions in a demanding, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The role requires excellent design, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. The candidate must be adept at working within a collaborative team, efficiently processing input, and applying creative problem-solving techniques to deliver effective solutions while meeting critical deadlines. As an individual contributor working under the direction of the Associate Creative Director, and as design lead on specific assignments, this person will be responsible for delivering creative solutions that enhance brand impact in meaningful ways.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. Employees have the flexibility to work any one day of the week remotely. Our office is located at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute brand level campaigns
- Works on print, digital, social, and video materials
- Manages multiple projects while simultaneously maintaining design quality
- Collaborates with writers on assigned projects
- Serves as design lead, as assigned, guiding other design contributors
- Ensures brand consistency and maintains design standards
- Possesses deep knowledge of the businesses, clients and partners they support
- Advances creative quality/efficiency thought adoption of tools and technology
- Influences others with their distinctive creative solutions
- Embraces stakeholder input and responds with effective solutions

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates breadth of creative and design expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with print, digital, social and video creative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Located within a commutable distance of Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven capability of establishing effective relationships with leaders, peers, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated to be adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proven effectiveness with time management and workload prioritization skills
- Refined presentation skills
- Proven to be skilled at managing input and critical feedback
- Familiarity with AI in a work environment
- Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Figma

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
