Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others’ work
• Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Well versed with requirement gathering, user stories, Business requirement analysis, stake holder management and project management
• Support short – and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
• Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
