We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Processor to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of AP best practices, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the health care industry, preferably recovery or banking
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or financial operations
- Experience with cash, control applications, suspense account reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments to meet established objectives
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Proven to be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible and dependable
- Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills
- Compliance background with a functional understanding of PHI and HIPAA requirements
- Demonstrated excellent time management and prioritization skills in order to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated solid understanding of AR processes, claims management, and revenue cycle operations
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reporting
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
