The Marketing Lead Development Associate is an individual contributor on the Lead Management team within the Marketing & Customer Operations office. The primary responsibilities for this role include accountability to grow sales pipeline and building relationships with sales and marketing partners while managing daily operations of the lead process and sales growth. Identify and generate new business leads with assigned accounts through market analysis and profiling, maintaining, routing and responding to website form submissions and inquiries, and utilizing Marketo and Salesforce technology to assign Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales partners. The Marketing Lead Development Associate is a key assistant, influencing the strategy and roadmap for the lead management function of marketing and sales. This role requires a mix of technical savvy skills in marketing automation technology combined with organizational skills, customer service and relationship building.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees and leads sales and non-sales inquiries across all healthcare segments from website forms and free text emails
- Manages relationships cross-functionally within Marketing & Customer Operations office, Growth Office (Sales), and respective team members
- Contributes to campaign strategy activities related to qualifying leads to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) status
- Maintains process documentation standards and templates for lead development processes
- Responsible for utilizing marketing automation technology to upload lists through Marketo to Salesforce
- Efficiently completes repeatable tasks and requests
- Provides support for marketing for all segments and workflows
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigates non-standard requests and issues with little supervision
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with a marketing automation tool such as Marketo or Eloqua
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- 3+ years Customer Service/Administration background
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of experience in Business administration, marketing administration and/or sales administration
- Proven ability to use and manage email efficiently
- Proven ability to qualify leads from webinars, trade shows, sales inquiry forms
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement processes around new conversational marketing tool
- Proven ability to support sales with strategy questions for qualifications
- Ability to work in the Eden Prairie, MN, office at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce & Marketo
- Expert knowledge of administration processes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
