Data Analyst – Business Analyst, Power BI, sql, MIS Reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Maintain and Update monthly/quarterly finance reporting for executive leadership
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements
• Process Documentation: Create process maps, use cases, and functional specifications to support development
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement
• Solution Validation: Participate in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Quality/Data Validation: Monitor and maintain reporting quality – checking for edge cases, data changes, etc.
• Meeting Facilitation: Help organize and facilitate workshops, standups, and review sessions
• Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog under the guidance of a senior product owner
• Stakeholder Communication: Support communication between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals
• Power BI Reporting: Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Work with data owners to ensure accuracy and relevance of visualizations
• SharePoint Site Management: Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of SharePoint sites for team collaboration and documentation. Ensure content is organized, accessible, and up to date

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s in engineering or equivalent courses
• 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, Data Analysis & Product management
• Excellent computer proficiency – PowerBI, MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiences with SwiftKanban tool & Agile Methodology
• Process improvement experience
• Exposure to Power Automate, SQL,sharepoint
