The Enrollee Services & Operations Analyst of the Maryland and District of Columbia Health Plans has accountability for managing and coordinating functions that serve our members/enrollees, such as customer service, materials, appeals & grievances, clinical management and reporting & audits. This team member will also be responsible for supporting key projects and improvement plans for the health plans’ business operations.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week at our DC Office near the DC Convention Center / Mt. Vernon Square.
Primary Responsibilities:
- DC and Maryland Enrollee (Member) Services: Coordinating member-related operational functions and initiatives to meet member needs and resolve issues. This includes project management of functions such as mailboxes, clinical operations & initiatives, materials review and approvals, appeals & grievances and State Fair Hearings preparation & attendance, as well as interacting directly with members through phone calls, in-person meetings or events and more
- DC Operations Management: Supporting the DC Operations leader in driving key projects, improvement plans or change initiatives tied to health plan priorities and/or business operations. This also includes supporting operational improvements, planning and issue resolution, as well as calendar management and scheduling support
- DC and Maryland Reporting and Adherence: Developing, monitoring and assessing reporting and other State/District-required deliverables, including clinical data management, requirements, and escalating to leadership and working on issues as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management
- 1+ years of experience in member/customer service or in a customer-facing role
- 1+ years of experience in managing, developing and/or coordinating reports or records
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Word
- Resides in the District of Columbia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to have attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with different levels of leadership
- Demonstrated ability to proactively problem-solve and navigate in a fast-paced, changing environment
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $48,700 to $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
