The Associate Director, Network Technology and Business Enablement will join the Network Data and Operations (NDO) team within Optum Health Networks and will serve as the lead for establishing and executing a production support strategy and framework across NDO products and capabilities. This role will also have responsibility for coordination and engagement with other key Optum Health share services teams.
Operating within a highly matrixed organization, the Associate Director, Network Technology and Business Enablement will collaborate with technical and business product owners to provide production support and management to NDO strategic applications and tools. They will lead the coordination, collaboration and engagement for several key support functions such as finance, capital, workforce planning, and external vendors on behalf of NDO.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead production administration, coordination and monitoring for active Network Data Operations products, including user access and permissions management, user/license management, system performance and uptime reports, operational reports and visualizations, issue resolution metrics, and enhancement request backlogs
- Provide implementation and migration support for products before, during, and after deployment to production
- Coordinate the identification, development, and delivery of training and communication needs for products
- Partner with business product owners and operations owners on identification and delivery of reporting and system administration needs, including development and deployment of real time dashboards
- Support Credentialing Center of Excellence reporting and technology needs, including development and delivery of standardized operational ad-hoc reporting
- Partner with Data Strategy and Analytics team and business product owners on implementing data standardization across products
- Lead the coordination, collaboration, and engagement with other support services teams (Capital Planning, Workforce Management and Planning, Finance, Vendor Management) on behalf of the Network Data and Operations
- Lead NDO Financial Strategy & Analysis (FTE tracking, chargebacks to markets for services, expense forecasting and tracking)
- Support capital management needs of production assets, including CBA monitoring, benefits identification and benefit realization tracking

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years management experience
- 5+ years of experience with project and product management
- Proven ability to lead through influence, driving cross-functional teams and stakeholders toward consensus and alignment
- Proven track record of taking initiative, overcoming challenges and driving tasks to completion in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills with ability to drive transformational, product-centric change and manage long term programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with provider data
- Experience providing production support for deployed products
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with capital programs and portfolio management
- Experience with training and communications management
- Experience with vendor management including development and administration of Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work
- Working knowledge of the UHG enterprise
- Solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
