We’re looking for an operator who sees data as a language, has a relentless drive for quality, and is growth minded. The Associate Pharmacy Operations Analyst partners with Pharmacy Operations Analysts, clinical teams, and the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) to interpret and execute pharmacy support tasks. The Associate Pharmacy Operations Analyst supports Medicaid pharmacy by designing, implementing, and maintaining non-formulary based processes. As a key link in the overall support process, you must maintain a high degree of attention to detail while remaining flexible in an ambiguous atmosphere. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify specific business requirements and conduct analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements and constraints
- Provide explanations and interpretations at the manager/director level
- Leverage data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems
- Design, produce, maintain, and automate various reports and processes
- Ensure that project/process requirements are clearly and comprehensively documented, understood, and support traceability
- Develop and document business process flows

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of pharmacy, pharmacy benefit, and/or PBM experience
- 2+ years of experience with documenting and following processes
- Knowledge and experience with RxClaim (AS400)
- Knowledge and experience with Lean process improvement
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (has skills to perform VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and with a diverse community
- Demonstrated high attention to detail to identify, evaluate, and resolve quality issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process automation and/or coding languages (SAS, SQL, or Excel Macros)
- Proven exceptional logic, reasoning, creative thinking, and business problem solutioning skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
