You will be part of newly formed team in our Dublin office that is focused on developing a new, cutting-edge big-data analytic platform and that will support data pipelines that ultimately improve health outcomes for our members. You will be responsible for the integration of multiple complex data sources into our data platform with a mix of different platforms (i.e. Kubernetes, Hadoop) and various data applications (i.e. Spark, Hive, HBase, Airflow, etc.). You will also work closely with the Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to develop a new, cutting-edge big-data analytic platform and that will support advanced solutions to improve health outcomes for our members.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and build data pipelines (mostly in Spark) to process terabytes of data
- Orchestrate in Airflow the data tasks to run on Kubernetes/Hadoop for the ingestion, processing, and cleaning of data
- Design and build best in class processes to clean and standardize data
- Troubleshoot production issues in our Elastic Environment
- Tuning and optimizing data processes
- Modelling of big volume datasets to maximize performance for our Business Intelligence and Data Science teams

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 4+ years of experience working on projects with agile/scrum methodologies
- 4+ years of experience with SQL/Data warehousing
- 4+ years of experience with Data Modelling / ETL Design
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience with Airflow
- 2+ years of experience with Databricks
- 2 + years of experience with Snowflake
- 2+ years of experience with MS Azure or any other cloud technology
- 2+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in applied to a Big Data environment and Distributed Processing
- 1+ year of experience with Relational Databases (RDBMS) & Non- Relational Database
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare/Pharmacy experience
- Exposure to DevOps methodology
- Knowledge on data warehousing principles, architecture and its implementation in large environments
- Proven good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven autonomous
- Proven negotiation and Influencing Skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
