Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team building and supporting with a focus on quality, performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
  • Leading and participating in planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
  • Directing day-to-day development activities for a team of data professionals
  • Developing and cultivating stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and drive prioritization
  • Acting as technical lead on projects
  • Prepare test planning & setup test data for break fixes. Execute test planning based on the fix requirements
  • Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
  • Support Prod and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
  • Adhere to all quality requirements
  • Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
  • Collectively responsible for end-to-end product quality
  • Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
  • Continuously evaluating team workload and capacity and providing timely information concerning throughput and resource needs
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives
  • Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Closely working with Delivery Leads, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
  • Constantly look at Performance & Security aspects and propose architectural solutions for security vulnerabilities
  • Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
  • Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 10+ years of overall experience with APIs / micro-services development
  • Full Stack Development: 10+ years of overall experience with Full Stack Development (Java, Spark, Scala, AWS, Springboot, Kafka)
  • Production Software: 8+ years of experience building and shipping production software in a scaled distributed environment, preferably in public cloud (AWS or Google Cloud)
  • 7+ years of experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with US healthcare
  • 5+ years of experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka
  • Agile Frameworks: 5+ years of experience handling projects using different Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
  • Engineering Management: 2+ years of experience managing software engineers, agile practitioners, performing software engineering, using Git, automated testing frameworks, and relational databases. Experience handling projects using the following tech stacks: Full stack and UX
  • Experience with Cloud platform (AWS, Azure), GitHub actions
  • AI Integration: Knowledge and experience in integrating AI technologies into software engineering processes and products. Ability to leverage AI for improving development workflows, enhancing product features, and optimizing team performance
  • Very solid technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Communication: Proven excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues.
  • Commitment: Proven commitment to quality, performance, and efficiency
  • Proven solid problem solving, analytical kills
  • Proven good attitude and self-motivated
  • Proven skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. Solid skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues)
  • Adaptable to work in evening shift (11:30 am – 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM – 12AM)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of health care industry, specifically provider domain
  • Knowledge of Python and AI tools
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
