JOB TITLE: Technical Product Manager

LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES: Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Determine the consumer experience by translating a vision to processes and requirements in order to define solutions with high-value requirements and compelling business cases. Duties include: drive product vision and strategy roadmap; engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment; lead the product across its entire lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices; understand the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology products; define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact; collaborate with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions; manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decision as appropriate; and serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es). Work with engineering delivery teams to solution and deliver technical solutions to satisfy business needs. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a product management-related occupation.

RATE OF PAY:  $87,506 – $144,585 /  per year
