Associate Software Engineer II

*Support internal and external client-based Quality Assurance organizations throughout QA/testing activities in multi-tier environment
*Provide operational support and troubleshooting of complex issues, coordinating the involvement of business and/or UHG IT development resources in incident resolution as necessary
*To support the deployment activity as well as maintenance of application
*Perform software deployments, infrastructure services and vulnerability management for multi-tier environments
*Should have knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP
*Work Management – Managing multiple tasks, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
*Collaborate on continuous improvements to deployment strategies and technical services activities

Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent 
*Hands on experience in SQL and PLSQL coding, should have solid knowledge on Joins, Sub Queries, Packages, Functions, procedures, Triggers etc. 
*Experience in tools like SVN, GitHub Version Control tools etc. 
*Experience with Service Management tools like Service Now, ALM, JIRA, SharePoint, HPSM, etc. 
*Knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP 
*Knowledge in ORACLE 19c versions for SQL & PL/SQL Procedural Language 
*Knowledge on microservices, SOAP and REST APIs 
*Knowledge of CICD /Release Automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc. 
*Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace 
*Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
