We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will support clinical and operational decision-making through robust analysis, data modeling, and performance insights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, a deep understanding leveraging data within a business context, and the ability to tell compelling data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track clinical outcomes, care management processes, and other operational reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical Ops, Population Health, and Finance to design and evaluate interventions
- Build SQL queries and use BI tools (e.g. Power BI) to support data visualization and business insights
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and optimization across the analytics development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in analytics in a professional work environment
- Proficient in one or more querying languages (sql, python, mysql, snowflake, etc.)
- Proficient in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Proven capable to own initiatives end-to-end through data analysis and visualization
- Proven solid communication skills with the ability to present findings to key business stakeholders
- Proven collaborator who loves to challenge status quo, brainstorm solutions, and execute within your work
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, explore root causes, and implement solutions independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or Python/R for advanced analytics
- Proven work in healthcare analytics, specifically utilization and/or care management data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
