As a key member of the Ireland Rebate Analytics team, you will collaborate with stakeholders spanning Commercial Strategy to utilize data-driven solutions and identify rebate optimization opportunities. Your role will involve contributing towards rebate scenario modelling, finding gaps leading to formulary non-adherence, and measuring efficacy of ongoing rebate strategy. You will also collaborate closely with pharmacists to build robust scenario models.
You will be technically accomplished with a quantitative mindset, a strong aptitude for complex problem-solving, and a keen eye for process improvement. Your curiosity will drive you to seek innovative ways to analyze data and challenge existing practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong analytical skills by understanding complex problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and applying analytical techniques to find effective solutions

Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that analytic approaches incorporate appropriate business content. Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them

Create annotated DataBricks code and technical requirements documentation that describe analytics methodologies and data product designs

Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly and effectively

Contribute towards build and design of rebate and formulary scenario models

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous quality control measures

Efficiently deliver on ad-hoc analysis requests from a wide range of stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in discipline with a strong analytical focus (e.g., analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, science)
- Proficiency in the following: SQL, Python/R, Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, GitHub
- Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data from disparate sources, with the ability to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analyses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess familiarity with Machine Learning, including a foundational understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry or prior experience with Clinical, Claim, and/or Hospital Billing Data Types.
- Expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, pyspark is a plus.
