Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership: Plan, prioritize, and deliver user stories in an agile framework. Mentor multiple geographically dispersed teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely releases
- Technology Ownership & Innovation: Own the technology stack (Java/J2EE, , Angular, React, Microservices, Kafka, Spring Or Python, Flask, Django and MySQL, Mongo, Snowflake), continuously improve cloud-based applications, and integrate AI/ML solutions to address complex business requirements
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Uphold employment terms, company policies, and evolving business needs, including flexible work arrangements
- Software Development Lifecycle: Contribute to and oversee full SDLC activities – design, coding, testing, deployment, and automation – while enforcing best practices in code reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Quality & Troubleshooting: Lead quality engineering efforts, support test automation, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed and dynamic environments - Continuous Growth & Collaboration: Foster learning, coach teams on new technologies, and partner effectively across time zones to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions

Required Qualifications:
- BS+ in CS/SE (or equivalent). 12+ years full-stack (Java/J2EE, Spring Boot); 6+ years engineering leadership
- 2+ years production cloud and containerized infrastructure; hands-on cloud solution delivery
- DevOps: build tools (Maven/Gradle); CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), continuous testing; code quality/security (SonarQube, Twistlock/Prisma)
- Monitoring/observability: Grafana, Datadog, Splunk
- Datastores: SQL (PL/SQL, MySQL, MSSQL); NoSQL/analytics (MongoDB, Snowflake)
- Messaging/streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Testing: JUnit or equivalent; TDD and automated testing
- Solid engineering fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, schemas/queries, design patterns, system design; code reviews
- AI: led AI copilot adoption; embedded generative AI into CI/CD; 1-2 years integrating GenAI in enterprise apps
- Agile/Scrum; experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
