We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven developer with strong expertise in full-stack development and emerging AI technologies. The candidate should be capable of working independently and contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Java & Spring Boot (Microservices): 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Frontend Development: 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining applications using ReactJS and JavaScript
• Database Management: 3+ years of experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Cloud Technologies: 3+ years of experience with AWS services; AWS certification is a strong advantage
• AI & NLP Exposure: Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Agent-based AI, with the ability to implement foundational AI functionalities
• Communication: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of working experience on AWS and certification
• 4+ years of JAVA Spring Boot with Microservices development skills
• 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining ReactJS and Java Script
• 3+ years of experience working with DB/MySQL
• Basic knowledge in NLP , Gen AI & Agent AI to implement AI functionality
• Proven good communication skill
• Proven independent developer
