Sourcing Procurement Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:
* Oversee purchasing of services, materials and supplies in order to maximize cost efficiencies, price leverage and quality while also identifying and mitigating risk to the organization
* Oversees development of broad internal policies and strategies, specific parameters for procurement, vendor selection and negotiation

Required Qualifications:
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel)
* Familiar with and can access a wide variety of healthcare vendors/providers
* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak, read, write and understand English
* Ability to interact with employees and vendors at various levels of the organization
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing
* 1+ years of supervisory experience in acquisition, distribution and maintenance phases of material management in a healthcare setting
* Bidding, quotation, purchasing and distribution process skills for materials, supplies and/or capitol equipment
* Computer literate including internet and intranet skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
