SCA Claims Business Process Analyst Senior

Positions in this function are responsible for all related aspects of claim system processes and claim business rules. Includes claims systems utilization, capacity analyses/planning and reporting. Includes claims-related business and systems analysis. Ensures data integrity, data security and process optimization. *Employees in jobs labeled with ‘SCA’ must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am – 5pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

                                                 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Analyze and Investigate non-standard requests and problems with assistance from others
• Work exclusively within a specific knowledge area
• Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
• Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must currently be part of the VACCN Dental Claims team
• Knowlege of Mednet Dental Claims processing
• Knowledge of VACCN Dental Claims processing procedures, including detailed correspondence review
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am – 5pm CST. • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 – $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
