Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interpret business requirements and technical specification documents. Assist the teams to identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement of Existing business requirements and technical specifications
  • Investigate, analyze and document reported software defects, perform maintenance programming and correction of identified software defects
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to continuously improve code quality, development practices and processes
  • Maintain Development Standards and Perform Critical Development and Release operations
  • Mentoring software engineer with development best practices
  • Collaborating with other departments to insure delivery of complex and integrated software features
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolution to technical challenges
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills
    • Programming Languages: Proficient in C, C++ and C#
    • AI Engineering: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models in real-world applications
    • Web Services: Skilled in developing RESTful APIs
    • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes
    • Databases: Familiar with SQL Server and T-SQL
    • Version Control & DevOps: Comfortable using GitHub and working with CI/CD pipelines
    • A mastery of and extensive experience with Object Oriented Design Patterns and their application in enterprise software applications
    • Extensive experience developing web services
    • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
    • Demonstrated ability of developing software components with no guidance
    • Ability to perform under pressure
    • Ability to deliver highly complex projects in a timely manner
    • Solid aptitude for programming and analytical thinking
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specifications
    • Ability to write software code according to published standards and industry best practices

    • Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple highly agile teams
