We are seeking a creative and strategic Culture & Communications Analyst to support our organizational culture initiatives through compelling storytelling, content creation, and social media engagement. This role will play a key part in amplifying our culture narrative, celebrating employee experiences, and driving internal and external awareness of our values and people-first approach.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Culture Narrative & Storytelling
    • Collaborate with the Optum People and leadership teams to craft and refine the company’s culture narrative
    • Identify and highlight employee stories that reflect our values, mission, and workplace culture
    • Develop messaging frameworks that align with culture goals and people team initiatives
  • Content Creation
    • Produce engaging content including articles, videos, graphics, and presentations for internal and external audiences
    • Support the development of culture-related campaigns, newsletters, and intranet updates
    • Partner with internal communications and branding teams to ensure consistency in tone and messaging
  • Social Media Campaigns
    • Design and execute social media strategies that showcase company culture, employee engagement, and people team initiatives
    • Manage content calendars and track performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement
    • Monitor trends and best practices in employer branding and workplace culture
  • Data & Insights
    • Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to assess the impact of culture initiatives
    • Provide reports and recommendations to People Team leadership to inform future strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in People Team/HR, internal communications, and/or employer branding
  • Passion for culture, inclusion, and employee experience
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms
  • Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
