The position is responsible for leading the transformation of strategic marketing business operations and guiding the future of marketing enablement and value delivery. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency and value realization across the OI/OF marketing organizations and aligning cross-functional marketing teams with business priorities for both B2B and B2C marketing. Key objectives include managing strategic initiatives related to marketing enablement, excellence, and value delivery, implementing GenAI, and advancing capabilities within marketing teams. Responsibilities also include managing cross-functional programs, promoting marketing innovation, optimizing processes, mitigating risk, and supporting integrations.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for B2B Innovation and Enablement in line with organizational business goals. Lead teams in identifying and prioritizing high-value marketing initiatives and provide guidance to support innovation, marketing effectiveness, value delivery, and ongoing improvement
- Strategic Planning: Establish strategic goals, define KPIs, and develop enablement strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue growth. Coordinate cost benefit analyses, annual planning, and relevant programs across stakeholders
- Market Intelligence: Oversee the gathering and analysis of market intelligence, such as stakeholder audits, best practices, competitor activity, and marketing behaviors, to inform strategy and execution
- Content Development & Management: Manage the creation, curation, and administration of relevant content (e.g., playbooks, presentations, case studies) to support value messaging and ROI business cases
- Value Delivery: Oversee development and implementation of frameworks and processes to improve value delivery across marketing teams. Monitor and measure the outcomes of value-driven initiatives
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment of strategies, messaging, and execution between marketers and stakeholders for effective marketing operations and GTM launches. Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure coordination among functional areas
- Training & Onboarding: Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge and promote continuous learning and professional development within marketing and across functions
- Marketing Excellence: Identify and address challenges to ensure marketing efforts meet business expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement solutions, and use customer feedback to refine operations
- Technology & Tool Implementation: Work with marketing leaders to select, deploy, and manage technology solutions that streamline processes and increase performance
- Business Operations Excellence: Apply best practices in marketing operations, program management, process optimization, innovation, automation, and efficiency. Ensure marketing operations are effective and adhere to budget and timelines
- Performance Measurement & Analysis: Track and evaluate performance metrics (KPIs), identify skills gaps, and offer insights for improvement. Coordinate routine reporting and lead risk mitigation planning
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor enablement professionals, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing enablement, program management, or related strategic operations, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve measurable outcomes
- Experience with marketing methodologies, platforms, tools, and go-to-market practices
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with objective-setting frameworks and value scorecards
- Advanced proficiency with roadmaps and reporting tools
- Executive presentation creator, developing high-impact presentations that drive business decisions by crafting clear, concise narratives that convey complex information and inform strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to identify key insights that inform strategic decisions, effectively engaging executive-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skill in marketing tools such as Adobe, Marketto, Salesforce and data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in road mapping and using data analysis platforms for strategic insight
- Background in both B2B and B2C marketing, including understanding of attribution modeling, content management and lead scoring
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
