Position in this function works closely with the Oracle Health Integration Architect (IA) and customer’s departmental/functional team leaders to ensure project design and implementation activities comply with customer’s overall architecture plan, all related Oracle Health solutions, global information system strategy, and patient care processes. This includes designing, building and testing the transfer of data between systems and devices. He or she functions as the customer’s change control leader during implementation and after activation. He/she maintains the domain strategy and communicates updates to team members across IT departments. The IA works closely with the Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate project team relationships to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate design, system validation, and integration activities across solutions and venues of care
- Enable the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies
- Act as an escalation point for project team and project integration risks
- Partner with project management to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
- Support internal and external project teams in understanding, designing, and validating integration points across solutions
- Drive issue management across multiple solutions
- Work closely with Oracle Health Integration Architect

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Cerner integration
- 2+ years of experience with architecture
- Experience with EHR design and workflows
- Demonstrated experience partnering with outside vendors
- Ability to travel 10 to 25% to Maine

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
