The Specialty Drug List Manager (Business Analyst) is responsible for managing and maintaining specialty drug lists and ensuring internal teams are made aware when new drugs come to market or if there are changes being proposed to any standard or customized specialty drug lists.

 

The Specialty Drug List Manager will assist client teams internally. The analyst will collaborate with other functional groups within the organization to ensure accuracy of specialty drug list information, complete assigned projects and drug list related audits, and address ongoing service needs as they relate to drug list coding.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work within RxCLAIM to analyze and present data
  • Data analysis, interpretation and review
  • Manage and maintain specialty drug list updates and report out to internal partners
  • Submit tasks for drug list coding changes (ServiceNow)
  • Maintain client contractual drug level specialty discount guarantees (Pricing Database – Custom Specialty)

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
  • 3+ years of experience working in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
  • Proven working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Knowledge of MediSpan Drug Database
  • Experience with ServiceNow, RxConstruct, or RxCLAIM
  • Understanding Prescription Product Values and Qualifiers
  • Experience with Relational Databases and Data Manipulation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
