We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, user experience, and agile methodologies. You will play a key role in shaping product direction, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
For MN: This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Product Strategy: Help research markets and contribute to product funding decisions
- Understand the Customer: Learn how users interact with products and advocate for their needs
- Manage the Backlog: Break down features into user stories and maintain the product backlog
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders
- Use Agile Tools: Be comfortable using tools like GitHub and Rally to support product delivery
- Contribute to Team Culture: Participate in meetings, assist with onboarding, and support a positive team environment
- Grow Your Skills: Attend training, embrace feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in product management or business analysis
- 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving user problems
- Knowledge in Software Development concept

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
