The Director, AI Provider Product Strategy is responsible for developing and guiding the Provider Operations AI product strategy, feature prioritization, and go-to-market approaches for AI-driven products. The director will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create specifications, and develop data-driven product strategies.  Additionally, the role includes creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. The director will work closely with business, technology, UX and product teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and user needs. The person in this role services as an expert on a wide range of AI/ML techniques and optimizations, providing guidance on product strategy, feature prioritization, and go-to-market approaches for AI-driven products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior-level professional staff
  • Responsible for the management and manipulation of structured and unstructured data, with a focus on conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality
  • Creates specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company
  • Conducts fundamental research in AI, including areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
  • Recommends and implements data tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance workflows
  • Collaborates with product management to define and prioritize AI features and capabilities
  • Translates business and user needs into technical requirements for AI products
  • Drives the productization of AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user adoption
  • Leads cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and iteration of AI-powered products
  • Monitors product performance and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years building and scaling digital products in healthcare
  • 2+ years leading and managing a multi discipline team in a complex organization
  • 2+ years delivering AI/ML features to product in operational settings
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products from concept to launch
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, including ideation, MVP development, scaling, and iteration
  • Experience leveraging agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience driving adoption and change management for AI solutions within an organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps for AI-driven solutions
  • Understanding data types (structured, unstructured) with ability to read, interpret and summarize datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering innovation and continuous learning
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to identify emerging AI trends and translate them into product opportunities
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact
  • Skilled at building partnerships with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and executives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
