Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, data analysis, and perform application decommissioning activities. Able to coordinate and manage multiple projects with different teams within the same time frame
- Gathering business requirements to support on-going process improvements
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the technology teams. Partner with Business, Technical Teams, Architects/Engineers to identify and decommission unused hardware, infrastructure efficiently and cost effectively
- Support quality assurance testing of application enhancements
- Report and review the compliance status and take remediation actions
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and appropriately apply new technologies to solve data migration, data archival, decommissioning activities, software enhancement, and quality assurance
- Proactively engage in the creation and improvement of reference materials, training documents, and resources to support team development and project execution
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering (academic or professional)
- 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination or support, including time and risk management
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms
- Ability to communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders
- Team-oriented with a focus on accountability and collaboration
