Primary Responsibilities:

• Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python
• API Design & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support business functionality
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Security & Performance: Implement security best practices, conduct performance tuning, and monitor system health
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, debug production issues, and maintain code quality
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years in full stack or back-end development roles
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Spring Boot
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services and architecture
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, NodeJS
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of API security, scalability, and performance best practices

Soft Skills:

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers

Preferred Qualification:

• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with chatbot technologies such as AWS Lex or Google DialogFlow
