Clinical Administrative Coordinator
(Remote considered)

This position is full-time Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST It may be necessary, given the business need, to work some overtime and weekends. Based on business needs may be required to come on-site at the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of provider/facility
- Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from providers
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
- Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
- Handle resolution/inquiries from providers and facilities
- This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our providers and facility staff over the phone.
- Will require in office rotations based on business need

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment (hospital, physician’s office or medical clinic setting)
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create documents), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Ability to rotate in office based on business needs
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clerical or administrative support background
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Must be located within Las Vegas Valley, NV
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 – $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
