As an Operational Trainer, you’ll be responsible for making sure our evolving training needs are met to keep our level of effort high and our progress moving forward. Position in this function will be involved in assessment, facilitation and organization of the business training needs. Part of the responsibilities include but not limited to preparation and creation of training materials, training delivery for new hire and non new hire classes, conducting training needs analysis, managing performance both in class and in steady state business, reporting, and handling/ initiating self or team projects. The Operational Trainer typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims)
- Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
- Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
- Report training metrics and generate training related reports
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
- Any course or equivalent experience
- College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including:
- Patient billing and collections
- Insurance claims processing
- Payment posting and adjustments
- Knowledge of Epic RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) tool
- Exposed to contact center heavy and knowledgeable in healthcare
- Authorization skill set
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex billing concepts
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to guide agents through claim denials and adjustments
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive learning environment and motivate agents to meet collection targets
- Amenable to onsite work setup
- Amenable to night shift schedule
