Step into the future of healthcare innovation with an AI Product Management Internship within the Product & Business Development Program-a dynamic 10-week experience designed to immerse you in the world of product strategy, development, and AI-driven solutions.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Program Highlights:
- Full-Time summer internship position working 40 standard business working hours
- Program Dates: Monday- Friday from June 2nd, 2026 – August 7th, 2026
- Program Location: Eden Prairie, MN
- A housing stipend will be provided for those who meet the eligibility requirements
- 4:1 Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns will work on-site at Company Headquarters four days per week, with one flexible remote day. This schedule maximizes opportunities for in-person collaboration, visibility with senior leaders, and solid connections within your intern cohort
- Real-World Impact: Work alongside experienced product management professionals to develop and deploy cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Apply AI and advanced technologies across the product lifecycle to drive meaningful business outcomes

The AI Product Management internship offers a 10-week immersive experience where you’ll collaborate with product management leaders. This internship provides a unique chance to contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions throughout the product development process while driving business success.
The start date for this internship is June 2, 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
- Establish product requirements and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate user data, A/B test results, and key performance metrics to assess product success and enhance performance
- Create and present business cases for new product initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
- Help prioritize product features and define key success metrics
- Participate in Agile product development activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates

Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a PhD or Master’s degree program with a concentration in product management, data analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related area of study. with planned or completed AI coursework and a clear interest in Product Specialization
- 3+ years professional work experience in product management and AI solution lifecycle with proven impact and rapid delivery. Ideally with exposure to AI-driven projects or advanced analytics
- Proficiency in designing and documenting user flows and workflows for application development, with a focus on leveraging technology for process improvement. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize product features, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable business impact. Including experience applying data-driven decision-making in product strategy
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to initiatives where rapid innovation resulted in quantifiable business impact, such as cost savings, increased user adoption, or enhanced product capabilities
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Ability to work from Eden Prairie, MN office for Summer 2026
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid interest in pursuing a long-term career in product management, especially in AI-enabled healthcare or technology solutions
- Proven knowledge of software development, cloud platforms, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Experience with data analytics and user-centered design principles
- Demonstrated solid strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing adoption of new technologies
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $85,000 to $125,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
