Primary Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Supply Chain modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Invoicing, Requisition, and CPQ
• Design, create, and modify Workday Business Processes to streamline operations and ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for efficient data exchange
• Manage ServiceNow processes such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, and enhancements
• Lead and contribute to Workday upgrade projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new features
• Collaborate with supply chain and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements
• Support cross-functional projects and enhancements involving IT and business teams
• Apply knowledge of Workday Finance to assist with finance-related processes (preferred)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Primary Skill
  • 5+ years of Workday Supply chain expertise
  • Work experience on flows like Requisition, Procurement, Invoices etc.
  • Work experience handling varied Supply chain stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, Procurement etc.
  • Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, enhancements, projects
  • Work experience contributing to workday Bi-Annual upgrades
• Secondary Skill
  • Work experience on Market place applications like GHX/Prodigo etc.
  • Work experience on systems like ParEx
  • Good understanding on Wokrday Integrations, ability to run and troubleshoot EIBs etc.

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge on Workday Finance
