Primary Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 to interpret business requirements, existing products, and technical specifications by analyzing product documentation and code. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current products, future business needs, and technical specifications, applying an AI-first mindset and technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain services and applications using technologies such as C#, C++, .NET, and ASP, while remaining adaptable to other technology stacks as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering an open mindset and a solid ‘get things done’ approach every day
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
• 10+ years of professional experience in developing software applications, preferably using ASP, C++, and C# programming languages
• Proven experience in developing software solutions with an AI-first mindset, leveraging the latest AI tools. Solid understanding of OLTP and OLAP databases, with a forward-thinking approach to evolving the data technology stack
• Solid expertise in technologies including C#, C++, ASP.NET, Java, AKS, Spring Boot, GitHub, SQL, Microservices, and Agile methodologies, with additional familiarity in ASP.NET frameworks
