Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end projects (clinical and non-clinical) running for the client’s initiatives
• To understand the client requirement, deliverables & timelines of the projects/assignments
• Timely delivery of the projects
• Scheduling calls with different stakeholders and provide the status of the projects
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare
• Good experience of any of the project management tool e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow
• Solid understanding and prior experience of the different project phases
• Basic understanding of the IT infrastructure
• Proven solid team-oriented skills
• Proven solid communication skill. Must have prior experience working with onshore client
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proven to be oriented to customer service and teamwork
