Senior Technical Support – Multiple Locations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain region-specific minimum and maximum inventory thresholds
- Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and procurement cycles to prevent overstocking or understocking
- Analyze historical data and forecast demand to support proactive inventory planning
- Collaborate with BSLs and vendors to align inventory strategies with business needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for peripheral inventory inquiries and escalations
- Partner with engineering teams to validate technical specifications and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Maintain and update hardware catalogs accessed by end users, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Recommend peripheral hardware based on technical requirements, lifecycle status, and vendor performance
- Evaluate peripheral hardware specifications to make informed recommendations
- Provide guidance on device selection, lifecycle management, and vendor quality
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- College Graduate, Associate degree in IT or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
